Registration Current IWA Membership is required to receive Member rates. Earlybird Registrations Close on Friday, 11 July 2025. Payment must be received by this date to retain the discounted rate. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. Conference Registration Cancellation Should a delegate be unable to attend, a cancellation request must be forwarded in writing to Avenues Event Management. Cancellations received in writing by Friday, 19 September 2025 will receive a full refund, less an administration charge of $100.00 plus GST. After this date, no refunds will be made. However, delegate substitutions are permitted up to and including registration at the Conference & Expo. Once a delegate has registered on-site, no further substitutions can be made. Please inform Avenues Event Management of any such substitutions as early as possible. PLEASE NOTE DELEGATES CANNOT SHARE REGISTRATIONS. Accommodation Cancellation Should a cancellation be necessary, a cancellation request must be forwarded in writing to Avenues Event Management. Cancellations received in writing by Friday, 19 September 2025 will receive a full refund, less an administration charge of the equivalent of one night's accommodation. After this date, no refunds will be made and the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking amount. However, substitutions are permitted up to, not including the check-in date. Please email waternz@avenues.co.nz for any changes to the accommodation booking. PLEASE NOTE: Payment must be made in full prior to check-in. Any payment not received by 12pm the day prior to check-in will be cancelled.
